April 2026 5.00This was a perfect little stay on a one way street. Nice porch, cute interior. So happy to utilize the washer and dryer. Kitchen with skylights was great enjoyed making meals in it. There were more things we didn’t even utilize - coffee bar nook for example (great touch!) and the game room (foosball) basement. We were staying for the nearby hospital (St Margaret’s) and a minor surgery so just kinda laid low. Walked over at Frick Park and Homewood Cemetery.

February 2026 4.00Gita's place was very stylish but felt like it put style over substance, perhaps being better suited for big groups mainly using the place for sleeping versus a family with young children needing to make meals and spend a lot of time in it. I asked for an early check in and was told they would check for me and then never heard anything back. When we checked in the code I was given did not work initially and we waited outside for about 10 minutes while the property manager unlocked things remotely and reporgrammed it. The house was very clean but several of the lights around the house were out, closet doors were not attached in several bedrooms and just leaned against the opening (not great for young children who want to open everything) There was not much silverware and no dish sponge provided for washing dishes. No coffee maker but a Keurig and espresso machine. Beds were ok but had plastic covers around the mattresses that crinkled if you rolled around. Location was good.
